National Forest Lodge - Minnesota's North Shore Cross Country Ski Resort

Our rustic cozy cabins and 2 modern log homes are nestled amidst towering stands of northern Minnesota’s red and white pine on a ridge above Lake Gegoka. They accommodate anywhere from 1-10 people.

While the cabins have been updated, several are genuine log cabins from the 1920’s and others are a mix of log and frame construction with knotty pine paneling. A perfect place to settle into after a day on the trails.

Our rustic cabins have modern gas heat and electricity. They are served by our central shower house. A men’s and women’s side each offer sinks, showers and toilets. Guests supply their own bedding, pillows and towels. Click on the cabin links below for more details, bed sizes and floor plans.
